  • Visa assistance

    Document checklists, appointment guidance and itinerary letters in support of a visa application.

    • We help assemble travel timelines, hotel holds and invitation letters where appropriate.
    • We do not decide visas, influence officers, or guarantee outcomes.
    • Requirements differ by nationality, purpose of travel and current rules.

    Visa decisions remain solely with the competent authorities. ORBIT provides assistance, not immigration advice presented as a ruling.

  • Travel insurance

    Introductions to authorised insurers for medical, cancellation and specialised cover.

    • Cover is selected around the actual itinerary, including higher-risk or multi-country journeys.
    • Policies are issued only by authorised providers.

    Insurance issuance, wording and claims handling remain with the authorised insurer. ORBIT does not underwrite policies.

  • Luxury Cruises

    Ocean, river and expedition passenger ships with hotel cabins and suites — a first-class ORBIT product, distinct from private yachts.

    • Cabin comparison and a concierge quotation. No live fares are displayed.

    Licensed operators provide the vehicles. Availability depends on local regulation and capacity.

    • Private guiding is preferred over mass-market coach circuits unless you ask otherwise.

    • Scarce reservations are requested; they are not promised in this interface.

    Third-party venues control their own capacity. ORBIT does not display fictitious availability.

  • Cargo and travel-related shipping

    Assistance with extra luggage, personal effects, production freight and travel-related shipping.

    • Coordination with authorised freight and customs partners.
    • Useful for relocations, film and conference equipment, and outsized sporting gear.

    Customs, export controls and carrier rules apply. ORBIT does not clear goods or circumvent inspections.
