What is ORBIT?
ORBIT is a travel platform operated by Orbit NL. B.V. in the Netherlands (KvK 95754032). It combines live booking for flights, hotels, cars and eSIM with private aviation, yachts and an AI concierge named Adam & Eve.
Who are Adam and Eve?
Adam and Eve are ORBIT’s executive AI travel assistants. They search, propose and follow a booking in text or voice. They do not pay or ticket without the guest’s confirmation.
Can Adam & Eve book a flight?
Yes. They collect origin, destination, date and passengers, search live inventory, then open a results page so you can continue checkout.
Does ORBIT book hotels live?
Yes. Hotel search inside ORBIT shows live stays. Select a property and continue to payment on the site.
What is the ORBIT Professional Travel Profile?
It stores travellers, documents and preferences so Adam & Eve can reuse them on flights, hotels, cars, eSIM and private requests instead of asking again.
Does Adam & Eve pay by itself?
No. The assistant prepares the booking. You confirm and pay.
Do you charter private jets instantly?
Private aviation starts with estimates, empty legs when they exist, and a written proposal. Nothing is held before you approve.
What is the difference between yachts and cruises?
A private yacht is a whole-vessel charter. A luxury cruise is a cabin on a passenger ship. ORBIT keeps them as separate products.
Can I buy a travel eSIM?
Yes. Travel data packages are sold inside ORBIT and sit on the same account as your trips.
Is ORBIT a Dutch company?

Is the site in Arabic and English?
Yes. English is the default. Arabic is available at /ar paths.
How do I delete my account?
Use the Delete Your ORBIT Account page on the site. That removes the account and associated personal data from inside the app.
Is there an ORBIT app?
ORBIT SMART is the same concierge on the phone. The website remains the live booking office.
What should I do first?
Create an ORBIT profile, then ask Adam & Eve or search flights and hotels on the site.
Are cruise and yacht pages live inventory?
Cruise itineraries and yacht briefs are examples. Request a tailored proposal for dates, cabins or charter.
Do you arrange airport transfers and chauffeurs?
Yes, as concierge requests linked to your flight and profile. They are not a public taxi marketplace.
Can families store extra travellers?
Yes. Guest and family profiles keep documents and rooms for the next booking.
How does business travel work?
The same assistant follows the agenda: flights, hotels, invoices and delegates inside MY ORBIT.
What is empty-leg flying?
An empty leg is a positioning flight. Price and timing differ from a round-trip charter. Availability is not guaranteed.
