What Phase 1 processes
Language and cookie-notice acknowledgements are stored in your browser only (localStorage). Journey searches may be stored in sessionStorage on this device so the request page can display them.
If you email or telephone ORBIT, the contents of that communication are processed to respond. There is no advertising tracker and no telemetry in this application.
What Phase 1 does not do
It does not create an account, charge a card, sell lists, train public models on your itinerary, or send data to Duffel, Amadeus, Avinode, Stripe, OpenAI, Microsoft or Google unless those integrations are later enabled with credentials and a documented purpose.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, including the GDPR if it applies to the processing, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Write to info@orbitroyal.com.
